He experienced multiple failures in his own personal and professional life which inspired him to empower others manage undesirable situations and transform adversity into growth. In his two decades of professional life, he was fired from 2 organizations and failed in his business within first 4 years of his professional life. Yet, he moved on to be hired by fortune 500 organizations and paved his way to management cadres.

Currently he is providing leadership to an Indian subsidiary of a Japanese MNC. He joined this company as its first employee and helped the company grow to over 300 employees through Strategic alliances, Joint ventures, and Acquisitions.

He founded FailForward Partners – India’s first-of-its-kind behavioral failure consultancy with a mission to instill resilience across organizations and individuals.

His maiden book, ‘Unleash The Tiger Within You: Strategies to overcome professional challenges (2014)’ has helped several professionals achieve a sustainable career growth. This book is now a part of The Failure Box^TM program.

He is extensively trained by prominent business and leadership coaches in India, Singapore and Japan.

He studied Business Strategy at India's premier institute, Indian Institute of Management - Kozhikode and holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
